Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead invoicing, billing accuracy, and cash collection within a global shared services framework. You will drive process improvements, collaborate with Global/Regional teams, and ensure compliance with CRISP controls and sanctions policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance/BPO environment; leadership exposure required.
• Ability to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with Global/Regional/Country CFOs & Heads.
• Knowledge of internal controls and cost efficiency improvements.
• Experience with ERP/EGAP systems and CRISP controls would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely and accurate invoicing with SLA adherence for key customers.
• Resolve shipment issues to ensure correct billing and prompt payments.
• Ensure compliance with Global guidelines and sanctions handling requirements.
• Identify risks and opportunities from unbilled items and invoice corrections; implement mitigations.
• Drive digitization/automation of non-value adding tasks and ERP/EGAP enhancements.
• Collaborate with Global/Regional teams to deploy EGAP solutions and ensure timely collections.
