Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT Product Owner to shape global product roadmaps and drive digital initiatives across Hilti's enterprise landscape.

You'll define the global product vision, manage the backlog, collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams, and ensure security and architectural standards are met. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication, and a proven track record in agile product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Product Owner/Product Management or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability translating business needs into product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with agile methodologies and driving digital product delivery.

What You'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining product direction and driving the successful delivery of digital solutions across global enterprise business and technology domains.

You will:

• Define and communicate a clear global product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field. Master's Degree is an advantage.


• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Product Owner, Product Management, Business Transformation, or related leadership roles.


• Proven experience translating business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, and successful outcomes.


• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across organizational boundaries.


• High energy level, growth mindset, and strong business acumen.


• Excellent planning, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.


• Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional product delivery teams.
