Job summary

Talogy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Consulting Support team, handling the operational delivery of talent management services. You will coordinate with Consultants and support the Lead Consultant to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

You will set up projects in OpenAir, track hours, manage client communications and handle participant bookings, ensuring on-time delivery for both in-person and online sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management environment.
• Familiarity with OpenAir, Jira and MS Project.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting talent management projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular progress updates to Consulting Support Manager.
• Coordinate projects end-to-end or support specific tasks as assigned.
• Set up projects in OpenAir and track hours and milestones.
• Manage client communications, logistics and participant bookings.
• Support with risk, issues, and SLA compliance.
