Job summary

ATS Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Malaysia to oversee division performance, including project delivery, engineering execution, service operations, and financial control. You will coordinate admin, management, engineering, projects, finance, HR and procurement to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in system integration or solutions provisioning, with strong vendor management and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with relevant certification.
• 10-15 years of system integration/automation leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and vendors, with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations across Engineering, Projects, Finance and HR.
• Maintain facilities, IT infra and workplace maintenance to support continuity.
• Ensure document control, contract administration and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project financials, billing, and cash flow with Finance.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Industrial Automation, PLC, SCADA, BMS projects.
• Provide technical governance for PLC/SCADA/BMS, FAT/SAT/IST testing.
• Support pre-sales, including cost estimation and risk assessments.
• Drive QA/QC, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
