Job summary

AT&S is seeking a Planner (Production Planning Control) to prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand and capacity. You will communicate priorities to Production, monitor WIP and progress, and support shipment planning by confirming output readiness daily.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field and 3+ years in production planning or manufacturing, with ERP/MES familiarity (SAP/Oracle) and strong Excel skills. Weekend duty on a rotational basis is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in production planning, line coordination, or manufacturing preferred.
• Familiar with ERP/MES systems (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Weekends duty on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand and capacity.
• Communicate priorities and changes to Production.
• Monitor WIP movement, bottlenecks, and production progress.
• Follow up with Production to ensure lots move according to the schedule.
• Support shipment planning by confirming output readiness daily.
• Highlight risks that may impact OTD or customer commits.
• Assist in recovery planning during line downtime or shortage situations.
• Attend daily production meetings to present plan vs actual.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Warehouse, and Operations to solve issues.
• Ensure all stakeholders receive updated production plans and priority lists.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for plan adherence, output, and WIP.
• Support any required ad hoc analysis for planning improvement.
