Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Global Production Control Manager to lead worldwide Production Control across factory networks. You will drive standardization, align sites, and build scalable execution capabilities to meet customer demand with speed and quality.

The role emphasizes matrix leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in production planning and execution across multiple sites, including on-site and remote elements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 6–8 years of management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Production Control, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience, leading global or multi-site operations in a matrixed environment
• APICS Certifications
• Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and execution
• Demonstrated ability to influence, drive change, and deliver operational improvements

Responsibilities

• Develop Global Vision & Standards: Develop and deploy Production Control strategy, processes, and best-known methods across all sites
• Drive Matrix Alignment: Influence and align site-based teams globally; ensure adoption of standards without direct authority
• Deliver Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve scheduling accuracy, cycle time, and execution predictability
• Enable Scalable Execution: Develop tools, metrics, and governance to drive consistency and performance across the network
• Build Capability: Strengthen organizational capability through coaching, development frameworks, and knowledge sharing
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Order Execution, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end alignment
