Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years coordinating cross-functional work in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to communicate clearly with teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional responses to disruptions affecting delivery performance and business priorities.
• Provide timely visibility to emerging issues via structured monitoring and status reporting.
• Support issue management by aligning stakeholders, driving action plans, and escalation when needed.
• Monitor performance trends to identify risks and enable timely intervention.
• Ensure ownership, timelines, and follow-through for issue resolution activities.
• Partner with planning, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to maintain execution continuity.
