Job summary

Lam Research Corporation seeks a Global Production Control Manager to lead the global Production Control function across a multi-site factory network. This role drives standardization and continuous improvement in planning and execution to meet customer demand with speed and reliability.

You will influence global teams, develop scalable processes, and partner with Order Execution, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Production Control, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in global or multi-site matrix environments.
• APICS Certifications and strong production planning expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy global Production Control strategy, processes, and best practices across sites.
• Drive matrix alignment to adopt standards without direct authority.
• Lead initiatives to improve scheduling accuracy, cycle time, and execution predictability.
• Create tools, metrics, and governance for network-wide consistency and performance.
• Strengthen organizational capability through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Order Execution, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain for end-to-end alignment.
