Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or retail management.
• 2–4 years of merchandising, buying, or product-related experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop product assortments aligned with customer needs, market trends, and company strategy.
• Research market trends and benchmark competitors for pricing decisions.
• Recommend product mix, reorders, and clearance strategies for slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate terms and maintain vendor documentation.
• Monitor stock and prepare inventory reports.
• Support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales.
• Analyze sales data to measure performance and identify opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and presentations.
• Provide insights to support merchandising strategies.
