Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, allocation, inventory planning or retail operations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of retail inventory management and stock allocation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate merchandise to stores based on sales trends and inventory levels.
• Monitor product sell-through, stock movement and inventory performance by store and SKU.
• Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns through stock planning and allocation.
• Recommend allocation adjustments to optimize product availability and sales performance.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and transfers between stores to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Identify slow-moving inventory and recommend markdowns, promotions or stock transfers.
• Work with Warehouse and Retail Operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on product performance, stock status and inventory movement.
