AI Rudder is seeking a Global Product Architecture Leader to guide the Product Architecture team, reporting to the Head of the Platform Department. You will manage a global team of 10 to 20 people and shape product decisions across markets.

You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, champion AI models, and collaborate with R&D, Product Delivery, Customer Success and Commercial teams on enterprise use cases and demos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of AI product architecture, NLP or ASR data experience with hands-on conversational or voice AI (ASR, NLU, LLM).
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
• Hands-on experience in AI model optimisation and turning technical concepts into practical product solutions.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin; willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the global PA team, setting clear objectives, ownership and priorities across markets.
• Allocate resources and workload across countries so the right expertise supports the highest-priority business and customer needs.
• Drive team productivity through effective delegation, capacity planning and performance management, building a team that can make day-to-day technical decisions independently.
• Act as the technical authority on complex product architecture and AI solution challenges, leading root-cause analysis and resolution of model and product performance issues.
• Lead AI model evaluation and optimisation, setting up practical methods to monitor performance, identify gaps and turn evaluation results into improvement plans.
• Develop deep expertise across AI Rudder’s technology stack, especially ASR, NLU, LLM and conversational voice AI, and assess emerging AI technologies for product use.
• Translate business and customer requirements into scalable technical solutions, and review proposed architectures to make sure they are feasible and aligned with product capabilities.
• Identify recurring technical challenges across markets and turn them into standard solutions, best practices and reusable frameworks.
• Partner with R&D, Product Delivery, Customer Success and Commercial teams on complex enterprise use cases, including customer-facing technical discussions and product demos.

Job Description

We are looking for a Global Product Architecture (PA) Leader to lead our Product Architecture team. Reporting to the Head of the Platform Department, you will manage a global team of 10 to 20 people.

In this role, you will build a high-performing, cross-country team while keeping the technical depth to guide product decisions, challenge proposed solutions and delegate work effectively.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI product architecture, NLP or ASR data, with hands-on work on conversational or voice AI technologies such as ASR, NLU or LLM.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
• Hands-on experience in AI model optimisation and in turning technical concepts into practical product solutions.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Proven ability to set up structure, prioritise work and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (our official working language) and Mandarin, as this role works closely with internal and external stakeholders in Greater China.
• Willing to travel for business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multilingual speech or language AI.
• Experience managing teams across multiple countries or time zones.
• Experience building model evaluation and performance monitoring methods.
• Experience in customer-facing technical discussions with enterprise clients.
• Experience creating standard frameworks or best practices used across teams or markets.
