Job summary

Experian Asia Pacific is seeking a Procurement Operations Associate to support the Global Procurement Hub, coordinating buying activities, supplier onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders and contract administration across regions.

The role combines procurement administration with reporting, process improvement and stakeholder engagement, offering hybrid work and exposure to diverse, global teams. You will learn governance, controls and automation initiatives to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related discipline.
• 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supplier management or ops support.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, POs and contract administration.
• Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems and reporting trackers.

Responsibilities

• Support global procurement operations by managing day-to-day buying activities and inquiries across regions.
• Coordinate sourcing and purchase of goods/services, including onboarding, requisitions, POs and contracting.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, providing operational support and escalation when needed.
• Maintain procurement data, trackers and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with SLAs.
• Support governance and continuous improvement through policy adherence and process standardisation.
