Job summary

Experian Asia Pacific is offering a Procurement Graduate Associate role within the Global Procurement Hub. You will support administration, supplier onboarding, requisitions and orders, reporting, governance and continuous improvement under guided coaching.

You will report to the Procurement Operations Manager and collaborate with teams across multiple regions to build core procurement operational skills and analytics for a long-term career in procurement operations or process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce or related field.
• Fresh candidate with up to two years of professional experience; internships or projects are welcome.
• Fluent written and spoken English with ability to work with stakeholders across countries.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, tracking, reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations across the Global Procurement Hub by executing procurement administration activities and processing transactions.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase requisition and purchase order activities, contract administration and ticket management.
• Respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders and suppliers, provide progress updates and collaborate across countries/functions.
• Maintain procurement trackers, prepare reports and verify information for completeness and accuracy.
