Job summary

STMicroelectronics Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Operations professional to join our newly formed People Services team. You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities for APAC/EMEA regions, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with local and corporate policies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regional partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and service delivery excellence. Fluency in Japanese and/or Korean is advantageous, with strong communication and data handling

Qualifications

4+ years of HR Operations/ELC experience, supporting APAC or EMEA regions.
Proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean preferred for regional HR operations.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer-service mindset.
Solid understanding of HR compliance and continuous improvement.
Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
Experience with HR systems and ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

Support the People Services ELC Manager in transition activities with regional teams.
Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence for process alignment.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
Identify and implement process improvements; streamline workflows.
Participate in UAT and knowledge documentation updates post go-live.
Manage escalations and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide coaching and onboarding support as needed.
