Job summary

Businesslist in Malaysia seeks an Employee Lifecycle Specialist (Japanese Speaker) to support end-to-end HR services for employees across markets. You will manage onboarding, data integrity, transfers, and offboarding, while handling HR inquiries in Japanese and English.

You will maintain records, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to documentation, reporting, audits, and process improvements. Collaboration with regional HR teams will enhance service delivery and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Business proficiency in Japanese & English (speak, read & write).
• 1–2 years HR/employee support or related experience in a Japanese-speaking role.
• Experience with HR processes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and handling confidential information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employee Lifecycle Specialist (Japanese Speaker) should have:

• Business proficiency in Japanese & English - speak, read & write
• Min 1-2 year experience in HR/Employee support, customer service, IT support or related field in Japanese Speaking Role
• Experience or knowledge in human resources processes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
