Job summary

DHL is seeking an HR and Payroll Process Senior Expert to design, document and implement global Time and Pay processes with strong integrations to external providers. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions, aligning HR and IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and compliant payroll operations.

You will own end-to-end processes, assess risks, and standardize practices while supporting the global HR system implementations.

Qualifications

• Senior stakeholders management experience is essential.
• Strong payroll process knowledge and compliance.
• Excellent Excel data validation and analysis skills.
• Experience with HR systems (Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP) and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on global Time and Pay processes and documentation.
• Test and interpret interface designs for payroll data to external vendor systems.
• End-to-end ownership of Time and Pay process standardization with TOM alignment.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations and manage escalations.
• Lead change management and documentation updates across HR organizations.
• Collaborate with IT to implement processes and maintain system integrations.
