Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with SOX compliance and payroll automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payroll and benefits tasks across multiple regions with accuracy.
• Collaborate with external vendors to meet quality and service targets.
• Maintain country-specific legal and tax knowledge to ensure compliance.
• Resolve employee payroll and benefits queries within target timelines.
• Support regional HR Services in changes, new programs, and complex issues.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and audits for payroll processes.
