Intel Corporation seeks a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to deliver HR services across multiple countries. You will manage payroll, benefits, and employee inquiries while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

Join Intel's Shared Services Centre to support global HR operations, work with Finance, Tax, and Legal teams, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent business experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to support global and regional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting practices and SOX compliance.
• Strong computer literacy with analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily payroll and benefits tasks within established timelines.
• Collaborate with global/regional vendors to meet quality targets.
• Maintain country-specific legal and tax knowledge for compliance.
• Resolve employee inquiries with accurate guidance and timelines.
• Partner with regional HR Services teams for program changes and issues.
