Job summary

ACI Worldwide in Malaysia seeks a Principal Program Manager to organize and coordinate large, complex programs across customer-facing and internal initiatives. You will shape program strategy, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in program management, strong communication with C‑level executives, and the ability to advocate for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience in complex transformations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including with C‑level.
• Ability to advocate for customers and act as change agent.
• Proficient in MS Project; PMP credential is preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more complex programs critical to customer and ACI success.
• Develop integrated schedules with milestones and resources.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide program dashboards and status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and share best practices.
