Job summary

MerchantSpring is building a dedicated commercial division focused on selling to brands and vendors across e-commerce marketplaces. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative skilled in outbound prospecting and owning the process.

You’ll work with senior leadership and our Account Executive to build the outbound engine, generate 30 qualified meetings per month, and deploy AI-powered workflows. This hybrid role is based in Kuala Lumpur with global clients.

Qualifications

• Proven SDR/BDR outbound experience.
• Strong multi-channel outreach skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted workflows.
• English fluency; eligible to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into brands, vendors, and e-commerce leads.
• Build targeted accounts and contact lists.
• Research target leads and buying signals.
• Write sharp, relevant outbound messages.
• Deploy AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Share learnings with the sales team.
