Responsibilities

• Manage system bookings and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Maintain open communication between Sales, Operations, and other departments.
• Identify and resolve booking issues with Sales Ops and Regional Sales teams.
• Monitor orders and drive timely shipment of tools to customers.
• Review PO terms for completeness and accuracy; escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Close system sales order files with complete documentation.
