Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Factory Support Project Manager in Batu Kawan, Penang (On-site Flex). You will bridge manufacturing and supply chain, expediting material to meet production and customer delivery dates, while identifying and mitigating material risks.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP. Collaboration with global teams and leadership will be essential to drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in supply chain; 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a master’s degree.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office suite.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between manufacturing and supply chain to minimize shipment risks.
• Analyze data in SAP and shortage tools to identify material risk.
• Expedite key material to meet manufacturing and customer delivery dates.
• Develop and communicate risk mitigation plans to leadership.
• Lead projects to improve supply chain processes.
• Provide forecasting, planning, and strategic execution support.
• Develop timely reports and KPIs to monitor delivery challenges.
