Job summary

Lam Research in Penang is seeking a System Project Manager within the Global Operations Group to drive on-time, high-quality execution across order and supply chain processes. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and champion continuous improvement to support scalable operations.

Responsibilities include OTTP execution, MCSD commitments, cross-functional leadership across GOPs, GCO and PG, and overseeing change management for ILT BOM and planning changes, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience.
• 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Executes customer orders on-time to plan by managing milestones, risks, escalations, and action plans.
• Manages MCSD commitments on behalf of GOPs while meeting customer needs.
• Leads cross-functional coordination of order execution across GOPs, GCO and PG.
• Improves market share penetration, customer satisfaction through speed, responsiveness and innovation.
• Oversees change management for ILT BOM and planning changes, and drives actionable decisions.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and drives continuous improvement through structured problem solving.
