Job summary

Castrol in Malaysia seeks an Order Management Specialist to oversee orders from receipt to invoicing, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery. You will collaborate with customers, distributors, logistics, supply chain, finance, and sales to maintain strong relationships and service quality.

Applicants should have a business/SCM background with ERP experience and a track record in fast-paced environments, supporting energy and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, or related roles.
• Experience in a shared services environment is advantageous.
• Experience in energy, marine, oil & gas, industrial, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or JDE is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for orders, delivery updates, and enquiries.
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and validate orders for compliance with business requirements.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, credit, and finance for timely fulfilment.
• Provide customers with delivery schedules, pricing, and disruption updates.
• Ensure order data is accurate and maintained in systems.
• Identify issues affecting satisfaction or on-time delivery.
• Record and manage complaints and non-conformances per procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
