Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is seeking a detail-oriented Global Mobility Associate to join our People & Culture team in Kuala Lumpur. You will support day-to-day coordination and administration of global mobility programmes, ensuring seamless cross-border employee movements and assignment experiences.

You will work closely with the Global Mobility team to manage immigration processes, assignment documentation, payroll coordination and mobility-related benefits while maintaining accuracy,

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Global Mobility, immigration, international HR, HR operations or employee services.
• Familiarity with HR systems, employee lifecycle administration and operational processes.
• Exposure to immigration, payroll, relocation, benefits or international assignments will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence in working with HR systems, trackers and structured workflows.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate immigration and work pass processes from eligibility checks to renewals and cancellations.
• Prepare and maintain global assignment documentation, including letters and extensions.
• Support employees and stakeholders throughout the assignment lifecycle with timely communications and updates.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, assignment details and mobility information.
• Track assignment milestones, immigration status, compliance requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate mobility-related payroll inputs, allowances and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support administration of employee benefits, including medical insurance enrolment and coverage updates.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors on tax briefings, filing requirements and related activities.
• Coordinate corporate accommodation arrangements, bookings, extensions and terminations.
• Maintain mobility data, trackers, reports and audit documentation.
