Job summary

AirAsia Berhad is seeking a Global Mobility Manager to lead the international mobility, expatriate management and immigration functions, ensuring compliant, efficient deployment of employees across countries.

The role partners with HR, business leaders and government authorities to oversee visas, work permits, assignments, and policy development, while driving dashboards and process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, International Business, Law or related field.
• 8–10 years in Global Mobility, Immigration, Expatriate Management or HR Operations.
• Experience managing end-to-end immigration and expatriate processes.
• Experience dealing with government authorities and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Global Mobility and Immigration function.
• Oversee expatriate management, international assignments, visas and renewals.
• Ensure immigration, employment, tax and regulatory compliance.
• Advise HR, Talent Acquisition and leaders on feasibility, timelines and costs.
• Develop and implement mobility policies, SOPs and dashboards.
