ICCO Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Lead/Manager to drive international market expansion, develop strategic sales plans, and manage distributor relationships. The role emphasizes achieving targets while forging long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers.

You will develop budgets, plans, and policies for multiple markets, coordinate with procurement, and explore new export opportunities across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP/CRM software and online reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement approved sales and sales support/marketing plans to achieve targets, optimize product mix, market coverage, and brand image across assigned markets.
• Develop budgets for sales and marketing expenses for each market.
• Develop customer visit plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Forecast distributor inventory and develop sales/purchasing plans for each market.
• Develop sales policies (pricing, terms, credit) for each market.
• Build distribution channel systems aligned with company strategy and distributors.
• Participate in marketing activities and explore new export markets.
• Collect and analyze market, channel, and competitor information.
• Proactively present ideas for new products or improvements to customers.
• Coordinate with Procurement to engage domestic and international suppliers.
