Job summary

IOI Palm Wood Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a dynamic Business Development professional to develop and execute marketing plans, sales strategies, and campaigns to generate revenue in line with monthly and annual targets.

The role involves coordinating with Production, warehouse, logistics and service providers to ensure on-time shipments, while building lasting customer relationships and exploring new opportunities with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales & Marketing.
• Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin (Must) and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans, sales strategies and campaigns to generate sales revenue in accordance with targets.
• Work proactively to meet and exceed company objectives in both operational and sales aspects.
• Utilize all sales channels from conventional to digital tools to acquire sales opportunities.
• Planning, implementing and executing any other business projects and assignments.
• Assist in the development of branding, sales and marketing materials/documentation.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
• Execute an effective pricing policy and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide customer service support to all customers including attending to queries.
• Coordinate with Production, warehouse, logistics, service providers and transportation for on-time shipments.
