Qualifications

• Admitted to a professional body in a common law jurisdiction.

• Strong experience in corporate and commercial law.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Co-ordinate legal matters with other departments.
• Liaise with and instruct external counsel.
• Provide legal support to any department as needed.
• Advise on contract status and legal risks.
• Train company personnel on legal topics.
