Responsibilities

• Liaise with insurers, policyholders, brokers, claimants, service providers and regulators.
• Conduct onsite and offsite investigations by interview and statement taking.
• Attend meetings related to case investigation and claims review.
• Analyze policy liability, reserve and settlement strategy.
• Conduct settlement negotiations with policyholders and claimants.
• Engage and monitor service providers related to claims service delivery.
• Prepare investigation reports and regular claims bordereaux.
• Work independently on straightforward claims; assist senior adjusters on complex matters.
• Identify issues early and seek guidance from seniors; learn on the job.
