Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Project Lead, or similar role.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience managing project activities and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise applications and business process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and process analysis with global stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Partner with software engineers, architects, and vendors throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Support manufacturing digitalization initiatives including MES, shop floor systems, and quality processes.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, training, and deployment activities.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing and automating processes.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis for critical applications.
• Act as trusted advisor balancing operational needs with long-term technology strategy.
