Job summary

Apical in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an Operations-focused professional to ensure reliable day-to-day execution across feedstock receipts, production planning, inventory, shipments and sustainability certification.

This role acts as the operational link between the Commercial Team in Singapore and suppliers, plants, terminals, surveyors, logistics providers, customers and internal sustainability stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, trade operations, sustainability certification, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data tracking tools.
• Exposure to commodity contracts, vessel/terminal operations, inventory planning, mass balance, or sustainability schemes is an advantage.
• Strong data elaboration, accuracy, documentation discipline, and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate feedstock sourcing, production, inventory and shipment activities across the supply chain.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Liaise with refineries teams for sales shipment planning and execution; monitor schedules and escalate risks.
• Support Sustainability Team with green energy certification, audits and compliance records.
• Support Commercial Team in Singapore with trade execution, contract administration and pricing processes.
• Assist in market data compilation, reporting and business analyses.
