Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Demand/Supply Planning, Purchasing or Global Supply Chain collaboration desirable.
• Strong leadership experience in an multinational company and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound logistics for CPPJ and supervise associates, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Perform STO reconciliation and SAP error resolution for CPPJ outbound and Ceva inbound EDI.
• Oversee co-packing operations, vendor management, and cost tracking.
• Drive EHS standards, compliance, and process improvement across the site.
