Job summary

Flex is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for the Mechanical Plant Batu Kawan in Penang to plan, schedule, and route inbound and outbound shipments domestically and internationally. You will manage export/import processes and ensure compliance with tariffs and regulations.

This role requires a strong logistics foundation, including cost-efficient routing, carrier negotiation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• ,Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience and training.
• Minimum 6 years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations with MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of inbound/outbound logistics, customs clearance, and freight cost calculations.

Responsibilities

• Directs export/import correspondence and coordinates shipping details.
• Expedites export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, routing of product.
• Audits freight bills and negotiates costs with carriers.
• Maintains compliance with import/export tariffs and regulations.
