Job summary

Flex is hiring a Shipping Supervisor to join our team in Prai or Batu Kawan, Penang. You will plan and route inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency within established policies and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating export/import activities, monitoring stock levels, and generating KPI-based reports. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 2–3 years of related experience and preferred supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience and training.
• Typically requires 2-3 years of related experience.
• Supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and route inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare production plans and input data into the company system.
• Monitor plan execution and address deviations.
• Prepare and monitor KPI reports and stock levels.
• Coordinate export/import activities and ensure compliance with licenses.
