Job summary

Flex is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to support our Batu Kawan, Penang operations. The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, and routing shipments with a focus on compliance and cost efficiency.

You will manage export/import activities and ensure proper licensing and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least six years in logistics or supply chain roles and strong experience with MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience and training.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations with advanced experience using MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of inbound/outbound logistics, customs clearance, and freight cost calculations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate in-bound and out-bound shipments for domestic and international destinations.
• Direct shipments, prepare export/import documents, and arrange licenses where required.
• Monitor freight costs, carriers, and routing to ensure cost-effective, compliant transport.

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Logistics Supervisor** located in **Mechanical Plant Batu Kawan, Penang.** Plans, schedules, and routes in-bound and out-bound domestic and international shipments of freight, using knowledge of postal regulations, tariffs and company policies. **What a typical day looks like:** * May direct others in expediting export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections.* Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of product.
