Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Logistics, Transportation and International Freight Ops in technology sectors.
• Experience in 4PL environment, Key Account Management, and program handling is a plus.
• Bachelor degree with management experience.
• Strong verbal & written communication, presentation and training skills; fluent in English.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong meeting facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation and logistics activities per site cut-off schedules and SLAs.
• Monitor and prioritise critical shipments including NFO and production-impacting cases.
• Provide proactive shipment monitoring and exception management with timely escalations.
• Support Business Continuity Plan scenarios with ongoing shipment visibility and updates.
• Prepare, analyse and distribute operational reports and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and improve transportation SOPs aligned with SOW, SLG and customer needs.
• Maintain a high level of logistics expertise and train across ATML sites.
• Establish communication with Intel LOM, carriers, brokers and authorities.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to deliver efficient compliant transport solutions.
• Manage customs activities including import/export clearance, duty/tax, and documentation accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for brokers, forwarders, authorities to ensure smooth clearance.
