Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehousing, distribution, and cross-border logistics operations in Kuala Lumpur.

You will coordinate local and international freight across manufacturing sites, 3PLs and clients, enforce import/export compliance, and identify efficiencies to reduce costs while raising customer satisfaction.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• Experience in international container shipping and freight management.
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures, port operations, and forwarding workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international freight distribution across manufacturing sites, third-party logistics providers, and clients.
• Enforce adherence to regional import and export regulatory mandates, customs clearance protocols, and trade procedures.
• Identify operational efficiencies within end-to-end supply chain processes to lower costs and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Manage inter-company transfers and external co-packing shipping schedules.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks to build a responsive and customer-focused logistics framework.
