Job summary

You will coordinate forwarders, optimize processes and control costs, while supporting the supervisor and department manager with daily tasks.

The role requires a degree or diploma in SCM or related field, familiarity with airfreight, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or international trade.
• Familiar with airfreight and shipping operations.
• Good command of customs declaration documents.
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient with import/export documents (Invoice, Packing List, CO, etc).

Responsibilities

• Handle transport operations for the country under MOT.
• Book and manage country logistics and local delivery.
• Manage forwarder daily operations and ensure delivery time and quality.
• Organize and optimize processes; control logistics costs; suggest improvements.
• Fulfill duties assigned by supervisor and department manager.
