• Expertise in warehouse ops, compliance, and supplier governance with end-to-end ownership.
• Proficiency in SAP/WMS, inventory control, and performance metric tracking with corrective action ability.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Technical proficiency in monitoring logistics KPIs and driving operational excellence.
• Preferred: thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Preferred: lead through ambiguity and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound, interplant, and outbound shipments ensuring continuity of deliveries.
• Provide dock operations ownership to support site start-up, ramp, and steady-state execution.
• Monitor KPIs, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Track, elevate, and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier, and execution issues.
• Lead critical logistics escalations to minimize disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external providers to optimize supply chain execution.
• Leverage analytical tools to develop solutions that improve cost, speed, quality, and reliability.
• Deliver regular updates to senior leaders on logistics performance, risk, and readiness.
• Anticipate business needs to support capacity growth and customer ramps.
• Drive ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
