Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the 4PL Hub Operations Team to deliver high-quality logistics services.
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including planning, booking, and shipment monitoring.
Ensure compliance with customer contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
Oversee logging, investigation, and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformities.
Provide regular reports on 3PL performance, quality, finance, and productivity.
Drive continuous improvement through lean initiatives and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure customer systems function optimally.
Ensure audits readiness and maintain up-to-date process documentation.
