Job summary

Supermicro seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support its global service network by managing service inventory for parts worldwide. You will ensure the right parts reach the right locations, monitor stock levels, and oversee warehousing and movement of goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics or related field; diploma/cert accepted.
• Around 8 years of logistics experience including trading, customs clearance, import/export, shipping quotation.
• In-depth Incoterms knowledge in international trade and logistics.
• Excellent communication with external and internal partners.
• Multilingual capabilities aiding APAC collaboration.
• Efficient and reliable in daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoterms compliance in shipments.
• Manage RFQ process with freight forwarders and quote to sales.
• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure safe shipments.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure billing accuracy.
• Determine right parts and stock levels per configurations.
• Generate and file inventory reports periodically and on demand.
• Maintain internal service inventory database.
• Prioritize tasks to meet daily service expectations.
