Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support its global service network by managing service inventory for parts worldwide. The role ensures correct parts delivery, monitors stock levels, and oversees warehousing and flow of goods across regions.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in international logistics, Incoterms, and RFQ processes, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners across APAC, including Taiwan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics or related field (diploma/cert also considered).
  • Around 8 years of logistics experience including trading, customs clearance, importing/exporting, and shipping quotations.
  • In-depth Incoterms knowledge in international trade & logistics.
  • Strong communication, multilingual abilities, and APAC-region collaboration.
  • Efficient and reliable in day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure incoterms compliance in shipments.
  • Manage RFQ process with external freight forwarders and provide quotes.
  • Monitor shipping schedules and ensure security of shipments.
  • Collaborate with accounts to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory management and reporting.
  • Keep internal service inventory databases up to date.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet daily service expectations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support Supermicro Global Service network by managing service inventory for parts globally. The candidate is expected to determine and ensure that the right parts/equipment is delivered to the right locations, monitor and manage the stock levels and flow of goods, warehousing, etc.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate full compliance with incoterms through professional knowledge and hands‑on experience.
  • Effectively manage RFQ process with external freight forwarders and provide accurate quotation to sales team.
  • Monitoring shipping schedule while ensuring the safety & security of all shipments.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and correctness by collaborating closely with the account department.
  • Determine the right parts and appropriate stock level based on the equipment configurations and guidelines.
  • Generate and file inventory reports both on periodic and on demand basis.
  • Keep internal database up to date for service inventory management.
  • Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness while meeting daily service expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related fields is an advantage, but candidates with a related diploma or certification will also be considered.
  • Ideally the candidate should have around 8 years of experience in logistics including Trading, Customs clearance, Importing, Exporting, Shipping quotation mainly. Forwarder sales experience is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding and application of Incoterms in international trade & logistics.
  • Great communication skills to external & internal partners.
  • Excellent communication and multilingual skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders, particularly in the APAC region, including Taiwan, as well as across diverse regions and functions.
  • Demonstrate efficiency and reliability in completing day‑to‑day responsibilities.
