Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a logistics supervisor to guide a team of coordinators in operations support, handling orders, reports, and cargo documentation. You will track shipments, liaise with customers and external partners, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance.

The role requires extensive warehousing and logistics experience, including air and ocean freight, cross-border trucking, and solid knowledge of WMS; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehousing/logistics experience, with at least 3 years in shipping/trade.
• Diploma or higher in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of trade/compliance including customs/government agencies.
• Experience handling air/ocean freight and cross-border trucking, including DG where applicable.
• Strong understanding of distribution, inventory planning and materials management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise with customers and partners.
• Proficient in WMS and MS Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of logistics coordinators and associates in operations support.
• Handle order processing and maintain operation reports and files.
• Prepare documentation for cargo movement and shipments.
• Track shipments and assist daily warehouse activities and communications.
• Liaise with external parties to expedite shipments and respond to inquiries.
