Job summary

FM GLOBAL LOGISTICS is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in its freight forwarding services. You will identify opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires a diploma/degree, 1-2 years in sales (preferably logistics), and strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Sales/Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in freight forwarding sales preferred.
• Knowledge of Import/Export logistics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and nurturing customer relationships.
• Cold call prospective customers to initiate sales opportunities.
• Assess customer needs and present suitable services and solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to customers.
• Prepare presentations and proposals to customers.
• Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement.
