The role drives the global warehousing strategy, budget management, and KPI-driven improvements while developing a high-performing cross-site team and training programs for international shipping teams. Qualifications

• Analytical skills to map end-to-end supply chain and identify bottlenecks.
• Experience in global, multi-site distribution leadership.
• Ability to model scenarios to cut costs while improving service.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Oracle WMS and logistics technology.
• Track record of implementing KPI-driven continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Automate and advance the Oracle WMS system for all manufacturing and distribution sites.
• Develop global warehousing strategy.
• Develop training programs for international shipping employees.
• Oversight of logistics policies, SOPs, and packaging.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services teams.
• Monitor and control inventory, delivery processes, and quality standards.
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Analyze and address logistical challenges and propose proactive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Develop relationships with suppliers.
• Track and report key metrics to reduce expenses.
• Prepare reports for upper management.
• Automation and standardization of global warehousing operations.
• Develop KPI dashboards requirements (Power BI) and corrective action plans.
• Champion advancement of Oracle WMS functionality across sites.
• Build and develop a global high-performing team; define roles and career paths.
• Drive cross-functional change management for new processes.
