PSA BDP, a global logistics leader, is seeking an entry-level associate to join its SEA operations in Petaling Jaya. The role focuses on day-to-day customer service with customers, vendors, and internal teams worldwide. You will handle administrative tasks, document preparation (bills of lading, COOs, arrival notices), and collaborate to improve processes.

Fluency in English and teamwork are essential. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a diploma/associate degree in logistics helps.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Associate degree in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution or related field.
• Two years of experience in Sea freight / Airfreight / Shipping is preferred.
• Familiarity with HS codes, customs rules and regulations is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in English are essential.

Aufgaben

• Handle day-to-day customer service with customers, vendors and BDP personnel worldwide.
• Perform administrative and documentation tasks and ensure accuracy of records.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, COOs, Arrival Notices and invoices.
• Continuously look for improvements to existing business processes.
