Job summary

Onesubsea in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily import/export operations, coordinate shipments, prepare documentation, and liaise with forwarding agents and customs to ensure smooth, compliant execution.

You should hold a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related fields, have 2–3 years of MNC experience, be familiar with SAP/MRP, Incoterms 2020, and MS Office, and possess strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an MNC, preferably in freight/logistics.
• Familiar with SAP/MRP and Incoterms 2020.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily import/export operations and coordinate shipments.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation and bookings.
• Liaise with forwarding agents, port, customs, and other authorities.
• Monitor logistics costs and enforce expeditated freight procedures.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
