Job summary

FILPAL (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to oversee end-to-end logistics, including import/export, documentation, and regulatory compliance across the company and subsidiaries. You will manage inventory, coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers, and support internal teams with training and reporting.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/inventory management systems; good data entry and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple shipments with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders and customs authorities.
• Prepare and manage documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.) and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist in HS code classification and annual quantity estimation.
• Liaise with suppliers on BOM, pricing, lead times and payment terms; track delivery timelines.
• Support internal teams with training, reporting, and logistics administration.
• Foster effective communication and resolve logistics issues with stakeholders.
