Job summary

Esco Lifesciences Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an International Sales Executive to support Region 5, engaging with customers and partners across countries.

You should have a science or engineering background with some sales experience, be eager to learn, and thrive in an international, fast-growing business.

Office-based with travel opportunities, develop new business, manage accounts, and drive growth in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Medical, Pharmaceutical or a related field.
• Sales experience in life sciences, laboratory, medical, cleanroom or related products is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn, take initiative and grow within a technical sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage assigned customer accounts.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry and quotation to negotiation and order closing.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users and key customers.
• Maintain sales opportunities, quotations and customer activities in the CRM system.
• Support exhibitions, seminars, tenders and other business development activities.
